Custom-made, stitched, altered, or pre-ordered items are final sale and cannot be canceled once production begins.

Many garments are handcrafted and may include slight variations in embroidery, fabric texture, color tone, or detailing. These variations are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

All exhibition and pop-up sales are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed.


No refunds or exchanges on:


  • custom orders
  • altered garments
  • worn items
  • discounted pieces

 


7. Product Care


Designer garments should be handled carefully and cleaned according to garment recommendations.


We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, or storage.
